ok this is sort of long but interesting!!! ok ok im sitting here craving something sweet but i am on my 2 day of intro .... oh ya it is tom for me. now i eat lots of green vegs. but i still have to have ton of fiber guess why . i went to the health food store and looked around until i found a product that seem ok...

There is so much support here! Whats amazing is how sweet other things start tasting once you get all that sugar out of your system. I never noticed how sweet onions were until I cut out my sugar. I can taste the natural sweetness in normal foods again.
