  • Back to induction

Hello. I hope all is well with everyone. I am back on induction after gaining back quite a few pounds and eating too many carbs. I am so happy be to be back in induction because they cravings for bad food have dissappeared and i feel in control again. I have lost 7lbs. in one week!! Yeah!! This time I think I am going to go all the way to my goal weight of 145lbs. right now I am 158lbs. I'll post a photo when I reach my goal.

    Thanks,
    Shanna
