  • First week of Induction results

    Ok monday marked my 1 week point of Induction. This is my umpteenth time on Atkins, but I had never really done a -really- clean induction before, there was always a day where I messed up.
    So after being on Atkins induction for 7 days, super clean, I lost 7 lbs. Now on day 9, i'm wavering between 8.5-10 lbs gone. My next measurements are scheduled for this friday, but I snuck in a measurement a few days ago and i've lost 2 inched off my waist already too!
    Just had to take a moment to celebrate lol

    To anyone who's back on induction for the 100th time, or even to new people,
    a clean induction is so easy to accomplish. Believe in yourself and find the willpower to make the best decisions for you! I joined this board in 03 and originally lost like 30 lbs and was down to about 180, and I still hadn't gone more than maybe a week or so without some kind of cheat. This time around I'm cheat free baby woo! If I can do it anyone can

    Kibs, good for you. A clean induction really gets you in control of the eating situation. The weight you lose is your reward. The health benefits are your reward. The energy is your reward. The POWER over your food is your reward.

    As you can see, it's like winning the lottery!! You give up a little and gain soooooooooooooo much!

    Keep going girl, you can do it. Take back your power.

        woo hoo ofr you doing it clean with the eating. next tuesday we will see a big YIPPPPPPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE I LOST POST from you on day 15 with inches pounds and all the health improvemnts too right
