    First Day

    Good morning, all.

    Today is my first day and I must say I'm very optimistic after coming here and seeing all the success stories. Hopefully I'll be posting good induction results along with the rest of you.

      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

          Welcome! Make sure you read the stickies at the top of the induction forum. There is a lot of great info there...some of it clarifing what you have already learned from the book! Looking forward to hearing your success!
