Today marks Day 11 for me. I've been having lots of stress lately from home and from the job, so to keep myself optimistic, I'm here posting my results so far.
In the past 11 days, I have shown more willpower and self control than I think I ever have, at least concerning food. Even on all my previous attempts, my induction was never completely clean. Now i'm only 3 days away from completing it, and I haven't cheated once.
TOM showed up yesterday, but even in spite of THAT, I've still lost...
8.5 pounds
11 inches
Which is wonderful of course, but i'm more proud of my willpower lately than the scale or the tape measure. In the last few days i've had screaming matches at home and the most stressful days ever at my job, and somehow, I never turned to food. the old me would have headed -straight- to taco bell lol. I went out with my friend for dinner last night to Red Lobster, and those chedder biscuits sat on the table, completely untouched. Even the croutons and teeny little pieces of carrot in my salad went un-eaten. Im super proud of myself for that, more than anything else!
