  • Rough night but didn't cheat!

I had a really bad night last night but am proud to say I didn't cheat once! And to make myself feel better, I had a bag of old clothes to sell at a garage sale. I went through them and took out all the ones I like because I plan on wearing them again. Mainly size 14. Sooo, only 2 sizes to go. That made me feel a little better.

Size 14 Wow! I still have a way to go for that. As long as you stick to the plan you will be wearing them in no time . Good for you!!

Congratulations on getting through a rough night. Whatever was going wrong, imagine how much worse you would have felt if you had cheated. Way to not let yourself down!! Yup, won't be long before you'll be getting rid of those 14's cuz they'll be too big.

Congrats on not going after the carbie moster to help a bad night. I just pulled out a pair of 14 jeans the other day to see how much further I needed to go... I was shocked and amazed I could pull them on... I'm like, 4 inches off from buttoning them though

Great job on sticking to plan!

And sorting out some smaller clothes if a good incentive too! Make sure you try them on now and again so you dont miss out on wearing them ! I have just had to give away two lovely tops that I forgot about till they were much too big to wear!!

Good idea to sort the old clothes. To be prepared for the next thing that happens....make a list of things you can do instead of eating off plan. Congratulations!!
