          Carolsanavywife. Do you mean the cheat free button, elliptical icon and pumpkin? Those are all challenges I have joined. If you join any of them right click on the icon, copy, and then you right click again on your signature page and paste it. The ticker that keeps track of my weight is from tickerfactory.com it is really easy to enter your info under weight or weightloss I think. After you make your ticker in the first box under it right click hit select all, right click copy and then paste it to your signature. I hope I answered your question. My goals and everything I just typed into my signature and saved it. Go to user cp and edit signature and save changes after you put in all the info you want there.

            thanks for the info, but how do you post your weight goals and stuff and that ticker thing...you will have to excuse me I am not computer savy
