i have 3 eggs for breakfast every day- boring i know. some other ideas: the breakfast muffins, have a look in the recipe request or do a search, they are made with egg, cheese and bacon and really great.
try smoked salmon rolled up with cream cheese and fresh dill.
maybe some sort of breakfast sausage?
sorry i can't be of more help.

Thanks Pipee I have tried eating ham or turkey rolled up in lettuce, like a wrap, but it seems when I do eat eggs I can go longer with out being hungry

I eat omlettes, mock danish, left overs, tuna salad with turkey, smoked salmon with cream cheese, bacon, egg whites and sausage (I got sick of eating eggs and realized that if I took out the yolk it tasted different so I could eat them again)... I think I've had burgers for breakfast but that's a rare thing.

It may be that the lettuce/ham or turkey wraps arent fatty enough to keep you feeling full?
Try spreading a little cream cheese or some mayonnaise on the meat before rolling it in the lettuce.

I regularly have ham with a slice of cheese rolled up for my breakfast wiht a few cherry tomatoes and find that keeps me going for a long time.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

            Hello!
I too had this issue! i eat 2 eggs every morning, and sometimes i will do the mock danish, or something else. but, i usually mix the eggs up, with adding different things to it. i personally found that i like to mix 1 tbs. of salsa, and it is pretty good. Good luck!
