    I everyone, I made it! 2 wks clean induction!! I am going to continue on extended induction for now. Thanks for your support.

          Congratulations!! I'm so proud of you! I'm going back on induction.. been doing really well, but feel like I'm staying at a plateau too long, so ready to jump start it again. Feelin' fantastic and at a healthy mental state, I bet you are too.. keep up the awesome work girl!!

                    I just completed my two weeks too. 2 down, many more to go! I so want to be there!

                    I went to Walgreens tonight. I saw Pringles among other things. Part of me just wants to just rip into the can! I wonder if I'll ever NOT WANT that stuff.

                    Anyway, congrats to you, and I'll be here with you on the extended induction.

                      Yes, surprisingly, if you stick with this way of eating eventually that stuff won't bother you. The only thing that I feel that could be a problem is just the "habit" of eating stuff that is not good for you. For example, if you emotionally eat or if you always eat popcorn/candy in front of the TV or at a movie. You may not really want it after a while, but because it is habit you will want it.
