Congratulations!! I'm so proud of you! I'm going back on induction.. been doing really well, but feel like I'm staying at a plateau too long, so ready to jump start it again. Feelin' fantastic and at a healthy mental state, I bet you are too.. keep up the awesome work girl!!

I so want to be there!
I went to Walgreens tonight. I saw Pringles among other things. Part of me just wants to just rip into the can! I wonder if I'll ever NOT WANT that stuff.

Yes, surprisingly, if you stick with this way of eating eventually that stuff won't bother you. The only thing that I feel that could be a problem is just the "habit" of eating stuff that is not good for you. For example, if you emotionally eat or if you always eat popcorn/candy in front of the TV or at a movie.
