For Induction, I just sauteed ground meat with alittle onion, added chopped tomato and chili powder.

Well...If you figure that both onion and tomato are on the "other vegetable list", which has a limit of 1 cup, I would use 1/4 cup onion + 3/4 cup tomato per person. Then, every serving would be within the Induction limits for that "other vegetable list" limit.

Puree your tomatoes and peppers together for a nice base and then add your meats and even some chopped celery and onion with your cumin and chili spices. I made this ahead of time last winter for times you need a nice hot and warm mug of "soup". Add your cheese and onions on top and it's even a greater mmm mmm good feeling.

Fill us in on how you made it
