    Finally Ketosis is being seen!!

    Yippy, hey everyone just wanted to let everyone know that it is day 5 of induction for me, and I am going strong, I feel great and I am in the second to darkest purple in ketosis, I am so happy, I knew I was doing everything right but just to have it validated is soooo nice,
    This really is easy and I am so glad I decieded to go with Atkins over South beach or the other plans out there. It actually was because of you guys on this forum that made up my mind for me so a big thanks and a big huge to all of you!

    That's great!!! I just ordered my ketosis sticks. I hope I get your results!!! You better get ready for that weight to start piling off of you.

      congrats now put your stix up and save your money till OWL food and carb toital changes and you need to know is it the food or the carbs that is messing with your cravings and weight.
