and I would not have made it without romaine lettuce with shredded chesse and mushrooms covered with olive oil!! I also ate alot of hamburger patties that I put on on the george foreman grill and put a slice of cheese on top. For me, it was easy not to cheat because I made my breakfest lunch and dinner the night before and took it to work. Hope that helps!!
