  • What's for Breakfast this morning?

    Okay, it's sunday. I'm bummed because the weather is bad and I had to cancel my bike trip. Anyhow, what did you have for breakfast/brunch this morning?

    I had:
    Scrambed eggs with fresh mixed herbs: chives, basil and parsley
    Eggplant home fries
    ~Megs~

    My breakfast was quite sometime ago (its 4:45 pm here at the moment). I had a couple of soft boiled eggs.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      2 friend eggs....nothing sounds good to eat with a sinus cold; protein one way or another.

                  I feel your pain, I get sinus colds a lot (even after sinus surgery!). Take some vitamin C and lots of water!

                    Contained:

                    2 Eggs
                    1 tsp heavy cream
                    1 tsp water
                    1 TBSP Flax
                    2 TBSP White Sharp cheddar Cheese (shredded)
                    1/4 c finely chopped broccolli
                    1 small finely chpped banana pepper

                    Let sit after mixing for 5 min for flax to thicken. Made like pancackes. Topped with a small bit of cream cheese.
                    1 oz. cr. cheese or less in all.


                    Folded them over and ate them!



                    It was different but good. Always looking for different ways of making things so I don't get bored.

                      Today I had chicken breast (leftover) and a quarter of avocado

                        Yesterday was Cracker Barrel- scrambled eggs, piece of ham, piece of bacon, piece of sausage.

                        This morning was 2 slices roast beef, CarbFreedom Raspberry yogurt (NOT induction safe!) and an ice coffee with heavy cream. (again, not induction friendly).

                        start 1/9/06 (down 49.5inches as of 7/7/06)
                        10/03/06- Im in a size 14 jean!!!!
                        (Modified OWL-moving up rungs for convenience when travelling, keeping carbs moderate)
                        Foods I cannot have-
                        Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
                        spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous


                        I Made it!!!! TWICE!!!! (10/06 and 1/07!!!)
