  • Induction results

Well today is day 14 of induction and I thought I would share my results with everyone. I've tried to only hop on the scale at the end of each week. Though sometimes I was just curious. And I am happy to say that not only have I lost 17 lbs, but also 8 inches!!! I am more motivated than ever to get this weight off. I will confess that I didn't exercise as much as I should mostly due to the fact that a pin worked itself loose off of my power rider machine and I fell off and hit the wall, giving myself whiplash and a bruised wrist. But I did sign up for aquacize classes, cause us big girls are waaaayyyyy more graceful in the water!!

I would lke to thank everyone here for your support, reading all the posts helped keep me on track. Now I can cook for the rest of the family and not be tempted at all!

            Fantastic going, LindsayB

Well done on being only 6 pounds away from your first mini-goal too

Have you decided to start moving up the OWL ladder now, or do you intend to stick to induciton eating for a while longer?
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
