Before you eat your snack, you might want to ask yourself: am I really hungry or am I eating out of habit/boredom?
Too many of us are fat because we have adopted horrible eating habits, like eating when we aren't really hungry or eating out of habit/boredom. Make your Atkins really count and break these bad habits.
As for your question: any part of the pig is allowed during Induction. Be aware that some of the flavored pork rinds have sugar added.
