...yes, i said the dreaded words LOL no, my question is which scale is better to show the accuracy of your weight? I have two regular scales, one says one weight, the other says 5lbs less so I'm really confused..or is a digital scale much better? I just did it this morning so it's not like a weight fluxuation between hours or having food, etc....anyone know?

Hi, just thought id join cause I'm wondering the same thing. I also have a digital and a non-digital one (not sure what those are called). Wondering if the digital or other is more accurate.Mindy

i am no scale authority but i like my digital. the ones where you set the dial at zero can be tweeked and bumped and so often the number does not even start at zero.
also, stick with one scale. that's what i would do.

I use digital scales dont care if the weight is off slightly at the end of the day its only going to be a pound or 2 when you have over 80 to loose im sure 1 or 2 wont matter
