hello everyone, as the title says im just starting the atkins diet. im currently on day 8 and have lost about 11 pounds. im just wondering though if its normal for the weight loss during the induction period to practically stop. i would say i havent lost any weight since about 6. let me know what you all think

Very normal! Some lose most of their 2 week induction weight the first week.

10/03/06- Im in a size 14 jean!!!!
(Modified OWL-moving up rungs for convenience when travelling, keeping carbs moderate)
Foods I cannot have-
Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous
I Made it!!!!
TWICE!!!! (10/06 and 1/07!!!)

I would agree that 11 pounds by day 8 is terrific
As the others said, weightloss can be sporadic, so dont worry about daily fluctuations.
Better to stay off the scales till day 15 if it is likely to upset you!!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
