I strated yesterday and no cheats I am so happy, now day 2 has begun.
Monday: Breakfast bacon,cheeseburger quiche, LUNCH salad (tomatos,lettuce,cheese,cucumber) w/oil and vinager, and chicken wings. DINNER (1) stuffed pepper. WAter water water water
Tuesday: Breakfast: Bacon cheeseburger quiche... the rest of the day is undecided!

I'm doing good so far today as well, but I am fighting off a bit of fatigue and a headache. When does that big burst of energy come? I need it.
