  • Who started yesterday?

    I strated yesterday and no cheats I am so happy, now day 2 has begun.

    Monday: Breakfast bacon,cheeseburger quiche, LUNCH salad (tomatos,lettuce,cheese,cucumber) w/oil and vinager, and chicken wings. DINNER (1) stuffed pepper. WAter water water water

    Tuesday: Breakfast: Bacon cheeseburger quiche... the rest of the day is undecided!


    Join me in the challenge! 10lbs to be gone by halloween!

      I started yesterday too...and was so happy to have made it through the day! I'm doing good so far today as well, but I am fighting off a bit of fatigue and a headache. When does that big burst of energy come? I need it.

      Anyway, good for you for making it through your first day as well! It looks like you don't have far to go at all!

        Well done both of you!!

        BTW I managed to edit the thread title as well!
        Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
