Well it is my third day in the induction phase and I am doing pretty good. I think I have hit the keotosis stage. I know I am not supposed to weigh myself to often,but of course I have. I have lost 3.5 pounds as of this evening. What is the best time of day to weigh yourself? Morning / Night?
What about pickles? Can I eat these in the induction phase? I sure hope so because I have been.
