Okay so here is today, Wednesday, and i didn't exactly cheat but i wanted too, i was/am aggravated but what's horrible is i don't know why. i know this takes time i know it works, i think this plan makes me an angry person lol. I know that sounds wako because i feel great on it. I think i am losing my mind tonight!
BUT i did not go off plan, well not really i am sure some of the die hards will say i did, but i made it over the hurdle of reaching for pizza and pop. Instead of ordering a pizza, i growned up some ground beef, added one zuchinni, one squash, a can of sliced olives, italian spices, and garlic and threw some chedder cheese and moz cheese with mayo. so basically i went overload on cheese and olives, and calories lol but i didn't order a pizza!!
I also made a bunch and instead of bringing it all with me i put half in the bowl and put half away. And when i finished my bowl, i didn't go get more,because i knew i wasn't hungry i just wanted something. So i cam and wrote this post lol and watching al the skinny good looking chick and then the biggest loser lol. I have decided to work out throughout the biggest loser show and meet my quota.

I just have to find some other form of excersize. Right now I don't even feel like moving off the putter.
