I've had an awesome start, losing 8 pounds in 4 days, but I've really been having a tough time with these gaseous stomach pains I've been getting. Any clue as to what incurs this? Lack of fiber maybe? Need some serious help with this one.

Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.
Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
(Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

I agree about posting a menu. That could help us see if there are foods that trigger gas. In the meantime, you can get Gas-X at the store...it helps by breaking up big gas bubbles into smaller ones so they can pass more easily (rather than be trapped and cause discomfort).~Lisa

Typical of the 5 days I've been in:
2-egg omelette w/ cheddar
1.5 cup salad w/ cheddar
1/2 Chicken breast
1.5 cup salad w/ cheddar
1/2 Chicken breast
Four ounces of Cheddar spread around that plan. Romaine lettuce for salad. I think it's a lack of fiber, I went ahead and bought Centrum Silver and non-chewable fiber supplemants.

Dont forget about that 1 cup of "Other" veggies you are allowed. I was always low on fiber till I started eating more veggies like cauliflower and broccoli mmmmm.Mindy
