Hi there,, I weighed my self today and this is my seventh day..I LOST 9.88 POUNDS / 4.48 kg
That was unbelieveable for me and mom since it is hard for me to lose weight!!
Thankyou for all those that helped and inspired me and thanks to ATKINS!
