  • Got the flu, is yogurt ok?

I've got the most terrible flu. I can't eat much cause I feel like
I'll throw up. The only thing I can stand is anything liquid such as
soup, water. All day today I had water, tiny bit of soup.
What normally helps me is to have yogurt (neutral with no sugar).
Now as I've not eaten much, is it ok to have a cup of yogurt?
Or should I avoid it at any cost?
On the label it says 4g carbs for every 100 gram.

if you are in OWl rung 2 go for it but becareful since you don't know how it will effect you. you can purree some of your veggies and make soups too.

if you have an upset stomach not feeding it will be fine as long as you are hydrating.

Since this was posted in the 14 Day Induction Forum, I have to state the only dairy allowed on Induction according to Dr. Atkins is "cheese, butter and cream". Yogurt is not allowed, nor is milk, fresh cheeses like fresh mozzarrella, cottage cheese, etc.
