I have had a headache for two days straight. I'm trying to get rid of it naturally. No meds. Hey If I can stay away from sweets for three days. I can deal with this pounding headache for one more day. I have increased my water intake, maybe that will help. No matter what....I hanging in there!!!!!

Nettypooh. Increasing your water intake was the right thing to do. That will help flush out your head ache. Stay strong and all will be ok.

Ugh! I feel your pain, literally! Monday was day 1 for me and I thought my head would explode.. I drink 16 oz before I head out the door in the morning then fill my 64 oz jug when I get to work and sip all day. I'm restarting after being off the plan for about 3 weeks due to an illness.. So far, so good on day 3..

It should be gone by tomorrow. Hang in there. Asprine or Tylonal work well if it gets to bad.

I know how you feel, today is my third day. Yesterday I was dying but today I feel great . I am so happy about this. Today i am going to the gym I plan on doing a one hour very intence class and then work out for another our with my trainer. I AM ON A ROLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you all for your support, I feel better on day four....got a little cotton mouth...eeeewwwwwww, but as I said before....I'm hanging in there!!! I didn't buy the ketone strips, but I hope i'm in lypolisis. It's day four and I have been using the restroom like crazy and my breaths STINKS. Thank God I don't have to face people daily with this breath, or I would run them away.
