This is my second day, and I really can't do without the coffee! I can't drink black coffee, and I know milk has carbs... but I was wondering if I could substitute something else for the milk. I would like to have a cup of coffee in the morning with a little bit of milk, one for lunch, and a tea with milk in the evening. I'd rather not eat anything at night and have a cup of tea instead! I tried drinking decaff this morning but it tasted awful!
So since I am not very good at counting carbs and have no idea how many carbs I should be eating daily, perhaps someone here could help me with it?
I don't eat olives, and I don't eat avocados. So, would the milk in my coffee make up for that?

NEVER skip meals! You will lower your metabolism (not a good thing) if you go that many hours without eating. Just think how many hours you are going without food, if you skip dinner! If you aren't very hungry at dinner, don't eat much. Just a small dinner with protein/fat/carbs will suffice. Take my advice to heart please, your weightloss will suffer in the future, if you don't.
