  • Day 7 on Induction for me

    I will weigh myself at 9:30 this morning. I know that I've lost b/c I can feel it already. I've been on Atkins b4 about 3 yrs ago and lost 24 lbs. but then I quit losing (due to eating too many low carb bars) so I stopped and started Weight Watchers. I've been on WW for the past 2 yrs and I am bigger than I was when I started WW. I did the low carb program that they have but still had cravings.

    Atkins is Awesome and I'm not hungry all the time. I can easily eat 3 meals a day and maybe snack a little at night on 0 carb things and then I'm good till next day. I've been reading everyone's posts and ya'll have all been so helpful and motivating.

    That's very good.. I have started atkins about 2 weeks ago and I've lost about 18 pounds..

    Don't think about the time you'll be in that new position, think about how'd you look in the new position !! ;)

        Well I did weigh this morning and I'm down 6.6 lbs already and this is my 7th day. WOW!!!!

            'Hey congrats on the loss... This is my 5th day on Atkins and i was wondering if you can tell me your menu for those 2 weeks that helped you loose 18 lbs? Also did you exercise? and if so what types of exercise? Thank you and keep up with the great work!!!
