I will weigh myself at 9:30 this morning. I know that I've lost b/c I can feel it already. I've been on Atkins b4 about 3 yrs ago and lost 24 lbs. but then I quit losing (due to eating too many low carb bars) so I stopped and started Weight Watchers. I've been on WW for the past 2 yrs and I am bigger than I was when I started WW. I did the low carb program that they have but still had cravings.
Atkins is Awesome and I'm not hungry all the time. I can easily eat 3 meals a day and maybe snack a little at night on 0 carb things and then I'm good till next day. I've been reading everyone's posts and ya'll have all been so helpful and motivating.
