I was wondering what % of fat, carbs and proteen should I bee eating daily. I track my food on fitday.com but I think I may be eating too much fat.

Thanks so much for that info....I had a feeling that my fat % was a bit to high. I guess I will have to cut down on the cheese a bit. But I LOVE cheese!!!!!

You can have 3-4 ounces of cheese on induction, so you could cut out a different fat if you like! Maybe a spoon less of mayo if you eat that or a little less oil?

I use fitday to experiment with quantities to get the ratios right before eating. Sometimes you only need to have a small amount less fat to make a large difference to the numbers!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
