    Hello everyone Just wanted to say im back on the Atkins bandwagon, well I shouldnt call it that, but the dang wagon ran over me, took off and never came back, lol
    Im back again, for the umpteenth time, but its ok, because im trying! My main reason is to look and feel better, but really I hope in losing weight it will help me healthwise (I have MS and asthma)
    I imagine all these rolls are meant for the wonder company and not my midrif! Im wondering how I would feel if I were lighter, I know this extra weight cannot be good for my condition thats for sure. Im also trying to get pregnant, and I cant begin to imagine being any heavier than I am now.
    So, I started Tuesday 10/24, and hope to have a great induction as last time I went from 220pds to about 185 in less than 2 months... Which I felt like one hot mama, but then I was diagnosed, and my whole body shut down. Im feeling better now, and I ready to commit, plus I must say I missed all your smiling faces.. I know this is where Ill get the most support.
    Im done rambling, off to day 3 tomorrow.. wish me lotsa luck!!!

      Shasheeeeeeeeee!!! I was wondering where you went. I'm so glad you came back. Of course you can do it again. And your hair looks as beautiful as always. sigh I am very jealous of your lovely hair. Welcome home.

        Hi, welcome back! Good luck on this way of life as you gather yourself together and rebuild...You can do it! Remember all the good feelings and your present day goals...Keep them close to your focus points, don't let them out of your sight or mind...Work and walk right towards them...

          Thank you Joy, Jess,and Lady Lady, the hair is still there and so is the weight, lol....

          Im on day three and going strong ... Having a little bit of an issue with my MS I think this week, and going for a full blown MRI check on Monday, but Im gonna stick to this, no matter what!!!!!

                Thanks Kent, I made it past day three, I was on day, 5 and went all day today, no cheats, then...........oh then I had to go to my inlaws for dinner. I ate bad things, some gooey stuff in chicken stuff, I think it was runny dumplings? or something. I felt SO bad telling her I couldnt eat that, and she wouldve been offended if I brought my own food. So, I feel like I blew it, but, however for the sake of keeping my parents in law happy, I didnt say anything and ate it. Tomorrows a new day, and I dont plan on having dinner w them again for a LONG time so I should be good to go. On the other hand, It was kinda nice seeing MY parents last night, because my moms on Atkins, so she cooked chicken, and salad and I didnt have to worry about it.

                But nevertheless, I feel NASTY from eating that crap. After you go with no carbs, your belly sure does bloat up when you eat them like I did tonight...

                But that was me beating myself up, tomorrow I move on..... Ive been through this too many times, to know not to beat yourself up over one meal, it wouldve been different if I blew the whole day but I didnt I had to admit my wrong though, lol
