planning is a key ingredient, Alvysyngr. it can be as important as carb counting and exercise and can keep you out of trouble. but you already know that, don't you?

Well done for catching yourselves before you added even more pounds
Treat the lapse as a lesson learned, and hopefully next time you get that feeling you will remember and stay on-plan
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Re: Restarting tomorrow 10/27 - man oh man
Congratulations on your re-start and realizing that this is a life-time committment. I keep emergency foods available for times when I don't feel like cooking. I'll bake extra chicken, pork chops or whatever and freeze them so I have them handy when I'm not able to prepare a whole meal.
I've also checked out the new restraunts and fast-food places in my town so if I do go out to eat, I already know whats available and the cost. Planning is the key to success in everything we do and especially so in our new WOE. Congratulations and welcome back!!!Starting Date 3/12/04 285/165/145 - F

Dedication gives wings to our dreams and keeps them in flight! In One Word...COMMITTMENT.

Re: Restarting tomorrow 10/27 - man oh man
if your going to continue to log how your day went, the ups the downs and how exercise is going, you might want to start a journal. two forums are available. use one or both, it does not matter.
Journal Stats is an owner only posting type of forum. you'll get pm's from me, the mod and from our hostess, saty.
Journal Chats is open to posting from everyone.
think about it and maybe i'll see you in one of those forums!
congrats on a good day!

I just feel I never have the time to go and make a journal entry - maybe I'll just try it - thanks for the ideaOriginally posted by jimmie 48if your going to continue to log how your day went, the ups the downs and how exercise is going, you might want to start a journal. two forums are available. use one or both, it does not matter.

Re: Restarting tomorrow 10/27 - man oh man
if time constraints are a worry and you wouldn't have time to answer posts from all the visitors you would get in journal chats, then journal stats would be perfect. very easy to track your woe and when somthing doesn't look right, you just scroll back through your own posts to find what was going on.
and you're not obligated to do an entry every day. just what you are comfortable with.
no pressure just giving you the info.
