tomorrow is the end of my 1st week of Induction and today we had a Going Away Party for a good friend at work... we had Bagels & Cream Cheese in the morning (and it was put on My Desk) and then I BOUGHT IN A NICE 1/2 SHEET CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING!!! Yummmmmmm! but i said NO THANK YOU TO IT ALL!!!!! Yippee!!! i am soooooo proud of myself!!! i even did the Honors of cutting the cake and passing it out to everyone...! and i didnt even taste the the frosting from the knife i was using...! and the best think of all is was that is WAS SO EASY!!!!! i didnt know i had such willpower!!! my 1st week has gone well, but the more that i read i am finding out that i should have been eating alot more Veggies! i have been mainly staying on Eggs, Meat, Chicken, Cheese etc... and just a little veggies, so i think maybe when i weigh in tomorrow i might be a little dissapointed... BUT i started eating more veggies yesterday so i might be on my way to a really good start! and YES i do exercise too! i walk maybe 1 or 2 miles a day and bought myself a BEAN you should check it out! its GREAT! www.bean.com as seen on T.V. its great! Awesome job! You have some willpower!
