  • My 1st Week is Over!

    Im a little embarassd, but still Proud of mysef because I DID NOT CHEAT! but....... i was not eating all my Veggies... i was strictly eating Protein & Fat... and after lots of reading this week on ADBB i found out i MUST eat my 3 cups of Veggies everyday... and i definitely will from this day forward No Matter What! i am only down 3lbs my 1st week, but i know i could have done better, and I Will... believe me... I WILL...! i have not had as much as a grain of Sugar this whole entire week...! Nothing...! Yippee!!! after MUCH reading, i have ordered Dr Atkins 2002 Updated New Diet Revolution (i have the old book)... but thanks to all of you and your knowledge and inspiration... I WILL DO THIS...!!! Thank you all so much for Everything...!!! You Have Become My Lifeline To The NEW Me...! Lili...

    Congratulations on making it through the first week! Yes, you might not have ate exactly correctly the first week, but it is a learning experience. The good news is the cravings only go further away the longer you spend on the diet. Try to fit more vegetables in your diet this coming week, and you are golden! Congrats on the three pounds loss!

      Hi. There are 3 pounds that are not there now, and that is great. I upped my veggies the second week too, and found it really made a difference. It also gives your diet the extra variance you need to stick to it.

          Thanks Guys!!! i truly appreciate the Motivation you all Pass Out Daily!!! you guys are the True Troopers! i am eating so much more correctly now and I CANT WAIT TO WEIGH IN NEXT SATURDAY - that will be the end of my 2 week Induction (i will probably prolong that a bit more since i messed up the 1st week) but i am on my way! Thank You All Sooooooooooooo Much!!! YOU ARE THEE VERY BEST!!!
