Im a little embarassd, but still Proud of mysef because I DID NOT CHEAT! but....... i was not eating all my Veggies... i was strictly eating Protein & Fat... and after lots of reading this week on ADBB i found out i MUST eat my 3 cups of Veggies everyday... and i definitely will from this day forward No Matter What! i am only down 3lbs my 1st week, but i know i could have done better, and I Will... believe me... I WILL...! i have not had as much as a grain of Sugar this whole entire week...! Nothing...! Yippee!!! after MUCH reading, i have ordered Dr Atkins 2002 Updated New Diet Revolution (i have the old book)... but thanks to all of you and your knowledge and inspiration... I WILL DO THIS...!!! Thank you all so much for Everything...!!! You Have Become My Lifeline To The NEW Me...!
