Hello to everyone!!!
First of all I want to thank you so much this forum, cause hel me to start the Atkins diet.
Really I will never start if I haven't read your success stories!!!
I will try to introduce myself, is a little difficult, cause my knowledge in English language isn't so good.
My name is Anda, I am 40 years old, I am married and I have a child, a girl 16 years old. I lived in Greece.
My weight is 90kg and my height only 1.50!!!
My story is the same with other people that try to loose kg and they taste every diet and they loose weight and they gained again.
I had did all these starvation diets and I had loose some kilos and I gain them again in double!!!!
Recently I visit a doctor, just to do a check up, fortunately everything is fine in my health for the moment.
He told me about Atkins diet and he gave me some papaers with the diet and I read them very carefully.
After that I look in Internet and I found your forum, unfortunately I haven't a forum like this in Greece. I start to read your messages and your advicess for this different diet.
My frist step was to bought the book of Atkins "the new revolution in Atkins diet" in Greek language, I read it and after that I did a good plan with foods that I will use in first week and I bought vitamins supplements too, ti wasn't very easy to find the right vitamins here because we haven't Atkins supplements not even low carb bars.
I was call some friends and I did a big party with a lot of carbs and junk foods so to say goodbye alltogether in bad habbits.
At last I start the Atkins diet today!!!!!
Off course is my first but I feel grate and I haven't some problem. The most important, I AM NOT HUNGRY!!!!!!
My only little problem is to stop the coffee with aspartame, but I use a decaf coffee without milk but with aspartame, cause I can't find splenda in Greece, I look everywhere.
I hope this to don't affect my weight.
I am in the way to take some photos for now and I hope to have a lot of success photos like yours in the future.
I will come again to inform you for my advance.
