Day 6, yesterday .. maybe its a pre halloween thing. Self sabotage.
had a really good morning, carb free till 2pm..finished work at lunchtime picked the kids up from my mums, then the day went progressivly downhill. Bought sweets for trick or treaters and pumpkins and decorations for the house. Got home rushed about fed the girls and tidied up. Emptied sweets into tin and snack sized chocolate bars then who knows what happened. 4 of them later and i have the guilt kick in and stop.
I think it was not having lunch and feeling a bit peckish so today I have my lunch all packed with me, chicken and bacon salad with some watercress leaves a couple of cherry tomoatoes a grating of mature cheese and tbs of mayo. A pepperami in my bag incase i feel nibbly. Where I work we regularly have a kitchen filled with cakes and biccies but have so far not been tempted here yet.
So hopefully I havent blown any weight loss I may have had so far but with another 8 days till my 14day induction is up Im not gonna jump on the scales incase.
