Hi there i have been on Atkins for just a little over a week.. during induction i found myself loosing 8pounds and feel great about that.. its a few steps towards my ultimate goal of loosing 30 pounds. the only problem i have is i dont eat meat a few times a week and find it difficult(no fish or eggs either), if there is someone who can give me some info on if tofu is ok to have..and be on extended induction. i have read DNDR and there isnt anything i found there about that..
    thanx alot

You might want to reconsider "Extending" Induction....Even with the meat substitutes, Induction is limited. For vegetarians (or anyone for that matter), it might be best to move to OWL phase in order to get that wider variety nutrients from a wider variety of foods.
