  • Help!!!!!!!!!!!

    I can not get on track! Help Help Help... Any tips to get on track because I am doing terrible and packing on the weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need your help and support.

    I recommend Dr Phil's Book The Ultimate Weight Solution. It is what has seriously made a difference for me. If the problem is binging and you can't stop, I would seriously recommend looking into a support group like greysheet.org or overeaters anonymous. Both give an incredible amount of accountability when you feel like you just can't do it yourself!

      Hi Princess Leah! I'm sorry you're having trouble getting back on track. There is a ton of Atkins information on this board for you to read. Here's a start for you:

      Also, I would suggest that you create a journal for yourself. Journaling is a terrific way for you to remain accountable to yourself for us all to see. By creating a journal, you will receive so much unbelievable support from people who have been exactly where you are now!

        Hi Princess! I understand where you're coming from . . . I've been having some trouble getting back on track. I just had to jump on the wagon -- literally. I'm making my roommate do my food shopping for the week, so I'm not tempted with carb badness or sodas or Frankenfood! So, I'm making roast beef tonight, which will last until the weekend -- and then I'll make a spinach lasagna or chicken this weekend. I find that cooking for a couple of days' worth of food helps me.

        And no . . . more . . . Frankenfood . . .!!!!!
