I have been a long-time lurker, but have finally decided that if I am to succeed this time, I must fully utilize this support network. I am starting induction tomorrow (11-6) and am fully intent on a clean 2 week induction. I am desperate to become healthy and live life to the fullest not only for myself, but also for my husband and daughter. It is challenging to do at 5'10" and 220 pounds - so here I am ready for the challenge. I would appreciate any support!

Re: Back to succeed
Hi Nickel
I am glad you decloaked and posted here.
I am sure that if you have any questions or worries during your first 14 days that our members will support and advise you - just post and ask!!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
