Soda with Splenda

Hi, just wondering if any of you know if soda with splenda stalls weight loss? Does it interrupt the induction phase?

Splenda shouldn't but some soda with splenda still has caffeine which i believe can stall you.

Diet Riteaid, Jone's blackcherry, are a couple of zero drinks.

There have been ADBB members who lost better without Splenda. And there are members whose weight loss wasn't affected. So this is really a "your mileage might vary" type thing.

Artificial sweeteners are limited to 3 servings throughout Atkins. So be mindful of that limit.
