1st Week = 7lbs... WOW!!!

  • 1st Week = 7lbs... WOW!!!

    After the first week on Atkins I have lost 7lbs!!!!!!!!!!!

    And I have not started exercising yet!

    I was feeling my clothes loose but did not realise it would have been this much.

    The Rocks!!! Couldn't have done it without all the information found here.

    Congratulations Deeds, 7lbs is a great start. I hope you enjoy the exercise when you start it up. I am sure you will.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        A big Grizzly Hug!!! Congrats to you! As a chef, do not try to eat just cheese, eggs and meat. Tons of stuff on recipe board and ol' Griz can give great ideas. Induction can be rough. I failed after one week eating at a Fish Fry. Just a little won't hurt, DUHHHH!
        Had to start over but, now in control. Watch the little things. Good Luck, Grizzly

            (Modified OWL-moving up rungs for convenience when travelling, keeping carbs moderate)
            Foods I cannot have-
            Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
            spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous

                  Thanks everyone.... your support is priceless.

                  Grizzly... I make sure that I am eating the allocated veg and salad allowance. As I am concerned that I would become constipated! lol. Also I try to vary my menu as much as possible... and to tell you the truth I really like induction food!
