    Day One

Well it's day one for me ... I weighed and measured and then weighed again ... seems that since the second week of Oct. I lost 22.5 lbs. ~ I'm happy with that, although it was not an intentional thing ... I plan to start a blog on the forum ... as I make my way through this adventure.
I still need to get to the grocery store today and stock up on induction foods ... made do this morning with a cup of decaf tea, followed by a large glass of water, then 1/2 cup of celery and 1 oz. of cheese ... not what I would have planned, but after the shopping is done I will do better !

Already thin, the mirror is slow to reflect the new me !

    Hi Orann

    Welcome to our ADBB family.

It looks as if you are getting organised and will soon be an even bigger loser
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Sounds like a good start. We often tell folks to think out of the box when it comes to breakfast. My DH likes cold spaghetti for breakfast and I love Miso soup. So you had celery and cheese. It is okay, you got your protein and your fat and your veggies.
