  • OMG the pain!

Going on my third day of induction I woke up in the middle of the night with a really bad headache, drank some water, went to bed. I woke up this morning with the head still!

Finally it hit me, my body was getting detoxing, and this was apart of it. I never went the induction flu the first time around, so I really didn't know what to it was like, but this time I have been tired and the headache, but soon all will be over.

I can't wait for my fat percentage calipers to come in, I have been waiting until they get here before I start doing challenges and stuff.

oh, Hi my name is Vasili

Good news, you are getting clean now. Your detoxing thoughts was right on. Getting clean and your blood glucose under control will make your next weeks all the much better. Like has been suggested, stay cheat free, and one further reminder is to keep drinking your water. Your body needs the water to flush the toxins out.

Thank you all for your supports. But I must confess, Caffiene hasn't been given up just yet. It has been quite the struggle, let me tell you. We do have decaf and I believe I will make the switch, because I think it is a mind game that I play with myself.
