I was doing SO well the past 13 days - ate right, felt great etc.
and then all of a sudden, today, I ended up eating four chocolate chip cookies. I'm not even sure why or how it happened. But now I feel terrible about it. I keep telling myself it's only 4 chocolate chip cookies, and they were those 100 calorie-per-cookie kinds, so it's not that bad. But I'm worried I've set myself back. Any advice on what I should do?
p.s - I DID, howver, work out today, long and hard. maybe that'll compensate for it?
