I am curious to any side effects you feel doing a clean induction phase. Also I think this is the most supportive board I have ever came across thanks everyone!

I'm new here, but this is my second time on Atkins. I know the first time I went through induction, I definitely got the induction flu - I was super tired and nauseous, headache. I thought "Oh, you have got to be kidding!" But a couple days later it went away and I felt so much better! The energy that came back after day 3-5 was like nothing I'd experienced since being a kid!Chasin2Kids

the side effects will vary by person cause we all bring differnt stuff we need toget off or and a different body chemistry to our Atkins. I had a kiler head ache and that was it other get hang over symptoms flu symptoms we just lump them all together and call it induction flu.by the book atkinseer

It depends on the person, some people don't have any at all, some have headaches, dizziness,nausea. All good signs!
