I've always been a person who has been cold, all the time, no matter what time of year. (Yes, I'm that woman you see at the beach in jeans and a sweatshirt while everyone else is showing bare skin.) But this induction time...good Lord, I'm freezing! I'm assuming I must be dropping some pounds, or my body isn't getting "fed" like its "used to"...does this get better? My husband laughs at me because I seriously wear three or four layers (two shirts and two sweatshirts) around the house.

Re: I'm freezin!
I'm glad you've said that - I get laughed at in work for always having cardigans and sweaters hanging off the back of my chair - I'm always cold!! As I'm typing this now my fingers are cold!! lol!!
I think it could possibly be our bodies "central heating system" losing all its insulation!! hehe!!
good luck on induction

Re: I'm freezin!
actually it has to do with burning fats for fuel. there is less waste energy given off as heat when fats are burned and not carbs so bundle up move around more and gerenate some extra body heat.by the book atkinseer
