  • 2 Weeks and 10lbs!!

    I am happy... oh so happy...

    I am so pleased, that the 2nd week on induction; I have lost a total of 10lbs.

    The last 4 days I have also started exercising...

    I am going to continue with extended induction.

    Thank you all for your support!

      Doin Miles, Flights, & Kid Ketchin'...
      2 Ab Chal's; 6WEC#27 slug-Free; & more; 50# LOST in'06-
      but regained ~20# in '07 in less than 3 weeks! And again early '08 ...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."

      .................OMG how did I fail AGAIN

      Sigh ... I'll be back... life isn't always fair 10-07-09

            weight to go. keep reading chapter 13 of your DANDR and when the answer to any of those questions is one that Dr Atkins says means move to OWL do it so you don't jump off your DNADR do to limited food choices.
