What is wrong with me. I totaly fell off the wagon 2 weeks ago and I can not get back on it. Every morning I prepare my atkins breakfast and pack my salad for lunch and say how this is the first day of the rest of my atking juerny. Then...something happenes and I forget all about it and eat JUNK!!!!! Why is it so hard to this. It's not like I am new to it, I know what needs to be done. I have so many reasons why I need and want to loose weight....
