  • silly question...red book or yellow book

Somewhere I have an Atkins Diet Book which has a YELLOW cover - I've had it for about 5 years. Before I hunt for it (somewhere in my attic), I wonder if I should be purchasing a newer version? I've seen pictures of the Atkins New Diet with a REDcover. Are they the same book?

    Thanks! Liz

Hey there thinlizzie, you definatley want the one that was revised in 2002. I have the RED copy, I liked the size, that version also comes in hardback white. I got mine at Amazgon in used books for a 1.50...I found it was not easily available on my local bookshelf...so I used the library copy til mine arrived...

        mine is white too...

It doesn't matter the color...look inside at the copyright date and you want one that says 2002.

Just like in life, color doesn't matter! But the copyright date does! 2002 is the magic number.
