    Dentyne Sugar Free Fire Mints

    Is it okay to have Dentyne Sugar Free Fire Mints? They have no carbs and no sugar. They do have sucralose as an ingredient. I ate one. They are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good!!

    What are the other ingredients? Many times sugar-free candies are sweetened primarily with sugar alcohols (malitol, isomalt, etc.) There are low carbers who are adversely affected by sugar alcohols. So it's a "your mileage may vary" thing---if it doesn't slow down or stop your weight loss, it's okay. IF it does slow down or stop your weight loss, you should avoid it.
