Atkins Bake Mix for Induction?

The first time I did Atkins in 2002 I made myself some Atkins Quick Zucchini Bread using the Atkins Bake Mix. I still have a can left (not sure it is even sold anymore!).

I am now trying to really follow Induction by the rules. May I use this product?

Liz, I don't know what the ingredient list is but I know its not on the list of allowable induction foods. Save it for OWL

I agree with Lynn. Read the ingredients. Read the Induction Acceptable Foods list. If the ingredients are not on the list, then it's not legal for Atkins Induction per Dr. Atkins (Rules of Induction, Ch 11, DANDR 2002):

5. Eat nothing that is not on the acceptablefoods list.

Depending on the ingredients you will need to decide when on the OWL ladder it does become 'legal' and save it till then.
