At work they had deli sliceed boiled ham...I had a couple pieces rolled up for a snack..was that ok?

check the ingredients in the ham and the nutritional label so you can know. if should be okay but if it was a pressed ham then it could have sugar in it
it is too late now if it isn't okay. remember never put anything in your mouth till you know the carb count and if it is legal for your phase.by the book atkinseer

Well I hope it was ok....they didn't have the nutrition ingredients out...it was put in containers at the deli bar so you can make sandwiches...shhh...this is soo hard...

It does get easier as you get more confident in asking the essential questions.
Maybe you can ask them to let you see the nutrition labels tomorrow? They may need to get back to you if they dont have the info on show but I imagine if you tell them you dont want to eat anything with added sugar because of your health that they will realise they have an obligation to give you the info!!
Then you can make a 'short list' of the particular items you can eat for future choices.
If everyone is too busy at mealtimes can you contact them another time in the day when they do have time to help you?Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
