I am starting Atkins again today. I went shopping yesterday, yes on Thanksgiving, and was trying to get my menu together. While shopping, I was very careful to read carb and sugar contents on the labels. To my surprise, I noticed that mayo, salad dressing and other induction friendly condiments contained sugar! How can this be?
Are there special condiments that we are suppose to use? I want to try and do this program the right way. Can anyone offer any suggestions?Thanks!
